15% DISCOUNT

Book your ride 2 days in advance and enjoy an early bird discount of 15%. The waiting rate is also reduced to €5 per 5 minutes.

The first 10 minutes are always free.

If you book your ride 1 day in advance, you’ll receive a 5% discount, with a waiting rate of €10 per 5 minutes.

WHEN DOES THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT APPLY?

• You book at least one day in advance through the app.
• The ride starts and/or ends within the Randstad area (see below).
• The ride starts no later than 11:00 PM.

WHY EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT?

Booking in advance gives the brilliant minds behind our planning team the time to schedule your ride efficiently. This allows them to find the best ride combinations for the drivers.

Since the planning is done further in advance, different rules apply for rescheduling or canceling a ride.

A HANDY REMINDER

If your ride qualifies for the early bird discount, you’ll receive an email at 10:00 AM on the day of your booking, reminding you of the option to cancel or reschedule free of charge.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your ride free of charge until 12:00 on the day of the ride.

If you cancel after 12:00 but before 18:00, a €30 cancellation fee will be charged.

Canceling after 18:00 will result in a €82 charge.

If you forget to cancel and the driver travels to the pick-up location unnecessarily, Rent A Bob reserves the right to charge the full ride amount.

As long as no driver has been assigned to your ride, you can cancel the ride via the app. If a driver has been assigned, call 0850443777 or email [email protected].

RESCHEDULING

You can also reschedule your pick-up time free of charge until 12:00 on the day of the ride.

If you reschedule after 12:00 but before 18:00, the Rent A Bob planner will decide if this is (free of charge) possible. If it’s not, the ride will be converted into a “normal” ride, and the discount on the ride and waiting time will be forfeited.

Rescheduling after 18:00 will immediately convert the ride to a regular ride without a discount. If the driver is already en route to the pick-up location at the time of rescheduling, the ride cannot be rescheduled.

If you reschedule the pick-up time to later than 23:00 PM, the discount on the ride and waiting time will be forfeited.
